How This Plan Works
Frequency:
3 days per week.
Focus
We will build full-body strength and muscle (hypertrophy) through fundamental movement patterns. Mastery over intensity.
Philosophy:
Each week has a theme. Each workout has a purpose. You will track your progress, because what gets measured, gets managed.
You Will Need:
A set of dumbbells or kettlebells (choose a weight that challenges the last 2 reps of each set).
A hip thrust bench or stable surface.
A mat.
